for me walking back and forth made them appear? it's as if the game sees past events as randomized every time you enter a room. for example sometimes the serperior believes you're supposed to bring the eevee with you even if you've never talked to the serperior in that save. it's possible to get all the scenes if you're patient with the back arrow and reloading rooms.
